Delicate and with a fresh taste, ideal in the warmer seasons. We use Sicilian lemon essential oil, obtained by cold pressing the peel of the ripe fruit. We respect its typicality, not adding flavorings or colourings.

Delicious, irresistible and unmistakable. With 22% of selected whole pistachios, peeled, toasted and ground to perfection. We do not add any flavouring, the taste of pistachio is authentic.

Natural creaminess, rich in proteins and “good” fats. Whole peanuts are perfectly peeled, roasted and slowly ground. We add just a pinch of Trapani sea salt to further enhance its taste.
